IFC Mission Statement
Institute for Conflict, a WA NONPROFIT CORPORATION, effective on the date indicated below. Effective Date: 08/31/2021
The Institute For Conflict (IFC) was born in 2010 out of the need to work with schools who were experiencing violence and conflict among staff and students. Since then, the IFC has developed and transformed into a group of highly educated professionals from various backgrounds and industries who believe in social justice, mental health advocacy, innovative treatment, Jungian analytical psychology and education. The IFC sees itself as a competence center that aims to add social value and create a social voice for change. Therefore, it is the goal of the IFC to further of our culture’s understanding of how the oppressive systemic inequalities that stem from the unconscious effect the collective consciousness.
